By using the contact form or using any other means of contact, the user or client allows HOOD VETERANS to contact them by any means available.

The selling price is the one valid at the time of order registration, subject to stock availability. Modification of the purchase price of products in an order already registered is only possible with the agreement of the parties.

The customer may place orders exclusively via the website.

By placing the order, the customer declares that all the data provided by him/her for the purpose of the purchase action are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the order and agrees to be contacted by HOOD VETERANS in order to execute the distance selling contract (validation of the order placed, establishment of delivery details).

HOOD VETERANS may unilaterally terminate the order placed by the customer without any further obligation and without the possibility for the other party to claim damages in case the data provided by the user or customer are incomplete or incorrect, the user’s or customer’s activity may cause damages of any kind for or without any justification.

HOOD VETERANS will include in each parcel sent to the customer all necessary documents proving the purchase of the products.

Transport of products is carried out by the methods described in DELIVERY & RETURNS.

HOOD VETERANS does not guarantee the availability in stock of a product displayed for sale on the site, but makes every effort to ensure that the products displayed in the online shop are available for purchase by users of the site.

HOOD VETERANS offers the possibility to return products, according to the Returns terms and onditions.
