Delivery & Returns

Delivery throughout the country is done via SAMEDAY. All orders will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 7 business days.

A confirmation email will be sent when the order is shipped. The cost of the product will be paid in cash upon collection of the package.

DIRECT EXPENSES FOR PRODUCT RETURNS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

The buyer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they waive the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

The buyer can choose to replace the returned product with another one available in stock.

To resolve your refund request as quickly as possible, we recommend that you return the products via CARGUS, not through the Romanian Post.

Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date the return is accepted. To be accepted for product returns, they must be in the same condition as they were delivered (having the original HOOD VETERANS labels, not worn or damaged; integrity of accompanying documents).
